Anglin Reichmann Snellgrove & Armstrong P.C. has named Todd McAdams as partner. He serves as director of the firm’s audit and assurance group in Huntsville.
Barfield, Murphy, Shank & Smith LLC has named Daniel Brock and Cynthia Hudson as members of its firm. Brock specializes in financial statement audit, review and compilation services, while Hudson focuses on taxation issues with credit unions, businesses, individuals and non-profits.
ServisFirst Bank has added Chad Goodwin to its staff as assistant vice president, private banking officer for its Birmingham Downtown Banking Center. Goodwin has more than 9 years’ experience in the industry.
National Bank of Commerce, of Birmingham, has added Temple Tutwiler III and Holman Head to its board of directors. Head is president and CEO of O’Neal Steel Co. Tutwiler is president of Tutwiler Properties Ltd.
Dustin Love, a lead project manager for Birmingham-based Murray Building Co., has been appointed chairperson of the Alabama Associated General Contractors Young Constructors Forum.
HealthSouth Corp., of Birmingham, has appointed Joan Herman and Leslye Katz to its board of directors. Herman serves as president and CEO of Herman & Associates LLC. Katz has more than 30 years of experience in financial operations, most recently serving as CFO for IMS Health Inc.
Maynard, Cooper & Gale P.C. has named 10 new shareholders to the firm. They are T. Wesley Brinkley, Kem Marks Bryant, Bryan Coleman, Lauren DeMoss, W. Brad English, Jessica Stetler Grover, Christopher Kuffner, J. Ethan McDaniel, Christopher Smith and Donald Winningham III. In addition, the firm has brought on Bradley Wood as of counsel, Catherine Phillips Crowe and Kara Massey Garstecki as new associates, and C. Randall Minor to practice in the firm’s public finance and real estate practice groups.

The Business Council of Alabama has named Victor Vernon vice president for public policy and Nancy Wall Hewston vice president for communications, strategic information and federal affairs.
Alabama Associated General Contractors has named Michael Tew, president of SJ&L Inc. of Mobile, its 2013 president. Other officers installed were Vice President Larry Hall of Larry Hall Construction Inc., 2nd Vice President Rick Pate of Pate Landscape Co. and Treasurer Dell McDonald of McDonald Brothers Construction Inc. Associate officers installed were Robin Short of Jackson Thornton and Woody Watters of Pensacola Glass Co. In addition, Bill Caton has been named vice president of Alabama AGC. Caton has worked for the construction association for 20 years.
Dave Rodgers has been named a principal at Dominion Partners. He will lead the firm’s development platform and direct new business opportunities throughout the Southeast.
U.S. Steel Corp. has named Patrick Mullarkey as plant manager – Fairfield Tubular Operations, part of U.S. Steel Tubular Products Inc. near Birmingham. Mullarkey will succeed Dennis Quirk, who retired after 36 years of service.
The Mobile BayBears, the AA affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, has added five new employees to its staff. Kyne Sheehy is joining as account executive,
Sam Yarin as sales and marketing coordinator, Travis Hawks as sales associate, Christine LaPlante as community relations assistant and Craig Durham as director of broadcast operations. In addition, Shannon O’Connor has moved to sales associate with the team.
