Wilkins Miller Hieronymus LLC has promoted the following individuals to senior accountant: Kyle Beason, Michael Benson, Blake Ethredge, Brooks Hieronymus, Christy Hollingsworth and Lisa Williams. In addition, the firm has promoted Lyndsey Dixon, Scott Province and Micah Wheeler to the position of manager and Judy Chen to the position of supervisor.

The Alabama Grocers Association has awarded Buffalo Rock Co.’s James Cochran with its coveted Manufacturer of the Year honor. Cochran is the corporate executive director of retail marketing and strategic sales.

The Board of Directors of Baptist Health System has elected Keith Parrott president and CEO. Parrott recently served as executive vice president and COO for BHS.

Camber Corp. has promoted John Lord to president of the company. In his previous position as executive vice president and COO, Lord led a realignment of the company to better define Camber’s markets.

Fontaine Commercial Platform Trailer, in Haleyville, has promoted Karl Owens to company president. Owens has been with the company since 2003.

The Ductile Iron Pipe Research Association, of Birmingham, has appointed Jon Runge as its new president. Runge has more than 25 years of marketing and management experience dedicated to managing and testing water.

The Firehouse Shelter, of Birmingham, has appointed Anne Wright executive director. Wright has been serving as interim director since August.

Thornton Ratliff, of Dobbins Group LLC

Thornton Ratliff has taken the position of development manager for Dobbins Group LLC in Birmingham. Ratliff will analyze, underwrite and assist with development and acquisition opportunities for the company.

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has promoted Nicole May to assistant vice president. May is a commercial real estate loan originator in Grandbridge’s Mobile office.

Dynetics President David King has been named an American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Fellow. The distinction is conferred upon members of the AIAA who have made notable contributions to the arts, sciences or technology of aeronautics or astronautics.

Southern Research Institute has hired Mark Berry as director of environment and energy operations in Alabama. Berry has been working in research and development in the electric utilities industry.

Tannen VanZwieten and Eric Gilligan, NASA engineers, are developing innovative algorithms for the flight control system on the Space Launch System at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville.

AT&T has named Rich Guidotti to oversee its operations in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi. AT&T owns 133 retail locations and more than 700 national retail partners and authorized resellers across these states.

Southern Nuclear has named Dennis Madison fleet operations vice president at the company’s Birmingham headquarters. Madison joined Southern Co. in 1982 and recently served as site vice president of the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant in Georgia.
