Montgomery CPA Firm Merges with Birmingham, Florida Firms

Montgomery certified public accounting firm Wilson, Price, Barranco Blankenship and Billingsley announced it is merging with two other organizations to create one of the largest accounting firms in the Southeast.

The combined firms will operate under the holding company of Warren Averett, LLC. Warren Averett will have 550 employees and 12 offices.
