Alabama Lawmakers Push Job Creation Package
Alabama lawmakers are taking action in the new year to see that new jobs make there way to the state.
Republican representatives in Madison County are pushing a jobs package in the next legislative session convening Feb. 7.
In the package is a proposal to provide tax incentives for businesses that hire veterans who have recently returned from war.
If passed, Alabama House Majority Caucus members believe the incentives as a whole could improve Alabama's economy by the end of the year.
