Boeing’s first quarter revenue up

The Boeing Co. reported first-quarter revenue increased 8 percent to $20.5 billion on higher commercial volume. Core earnings per share (non-GAAP) increased 14 percent to $1.76 when excluding a benefit of $0.19 per share for the 2012 research and development tax credit recorded in early 2013. – Boeing

State economy forecast to grow 2.4 percent

Appeals court to hear Siegelman arguments

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Montgomery has tentatively scheduled oral arguments this summer in former Gov. Don Siegelman's effort to overturn his conviction. Caddell wins Navy construction job

Caddell Construction Co. has been awarded a $34 million contract for the construction of Land/Water Interface at the Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Ga.
